A dark, purply-red Lambrusco whose exuberant fruit is lead by red plum and red berry notes, with floral violet notes too. The mouthfeel is well textured, the fruit is made mouth-watering by well judged acidity. Balanced tannins and a frothy but not aggressive mouthfeel make this an enjoyable Lambrusco. Try with charcuterie and or Ossocollo.
