A clever blend of Chardonnay and Ansonica renders a traditional method fizz with a soft, creamy mousse. Its clear lemony flavours are offset by almond biscuit savoiriness. Light enough for solo-sipping but with the requesite energy for lighter mains. A well constructed Sicilian sparkler.
